Pros:
Maximum walkability, most restaurants, cafés, galleries, and events, strong “this is why I moved here” feeling
Cons:
Noise, traffic, crowds, expensive rents and purchases, not ideal for people who need perfect accessibility or quiet
Colonia Guadalupe
What it feels like:
Artistic, creative, laid-back. Famous for its murals and a mix of locals, expats, and younger families.
Good for you if:
You want to walk to Centro but live in a slightly quieter area, you like an artsy, neighborhood vibe, you’re okay with mixed architecture and narrow streets.
